The price shown is for 2 people.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is 3 people.
An extra bed is charged 30 or 40 eur /per person per night ( depending on the season).
Pets are welcome throughout our facility. However, a certain fee is charged.
Overnight stay of a pet = 10.00 EUR / night (two pets = 15.00 EUR / night).
We also offer a service: mobile baby cot with mattress, pillow and bed linen.
The price of the baby cot service = 10.00 EUR / night
Our price includes; parking, wi-fi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, consumables in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
For stays longer than 7 nights we will replace bed linen and towels and other necessities free of charge.
Children aged 0-3 can stay in our facility for free.

Rental terms
- The total reservation amount will be charged upon arrival.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
